Lori is a civil attorney who focuses on defending complex liability claims on behalf of businesses, professionals and insurers in Oregon. Her caseload is focused on the defense of professional malpractice but also includes matters of general liability. In addition to litigated matters, Lori represents professional clients before state administrative agencies and professional licensing boards.

Lori was previously a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice and provided general advice and full representation to several medical licensing boards. Her experience focused on the contested case process in regulatory licensing settings, mediating settlements on administrative cases and assisting the Board in public records and public meeting requirements. Lori served as the co-chair of the national American Association of Dental Board Attorney Round Table and has spoken at several national regulatory meetings on the administrative process.

Lori also worked for a national insurance company as a defense attorney for general liability defense representation while she practiced in California. She had full case load responsibility from suit to arbitration or trial.
